Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all of our classes, photoshoots and events. Any bookings that need to be cancelled must contact us within 24-hours of the scheduled class time, otherwise, they are subject to a 50% No Show Fee.

Private Courses & Consultations - Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance of the event date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 3-6 days will incur a 30% fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the course or consultation will incur a 20% fee.

We have reserved a professional instructor’s time and are setting up a special class just for you and need to know within 24 hours if you or your family are unable to make it.
