Freedive Rental Agreement
The wetsuit must be returned following the conclusion of the course. Late returns will incur a fee of $10 per day. The Aqua Native is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur while using the wetsuit. The renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the equipment.
Appropriate Care
The renter agrees to use the wetsuit only for its intended purpose of freediving. Only use water-based reef/fish safe lubricant for donning. The wetsuit must be rinsed with fresh water after each use and hung to dry in a shaded area. Avoid contact with sharp objects, fingernails, excessive heat, and chemicals that could damage the wetsuit. The Renter acknowledges that they have been shown how to use each piece of equipment and understand its proper use. The Renter agrees to use the equipment responsibly and follow all instructions provided by Aqua Native. Please don’t urinate in the wetsuit.
Damage and Repairs: The Renter will be held responsible for all damage to equipment while in his/her possession after signing this statement and will be charged accordingly for repair or replacement of damaged articles. Repair fees will be assessed upon evaluation of damage. Non-repairable or lost items will be charged at full retail price (see below for retail pricing).
Return Condition: The wetsuit must be returned clean and dry. Any missing or damaged parts will be charged to the renter. The Agreement is a release of the Renter’s rights to sue for injuries or death resulting from the rental and/or use of this equipment. Renter expressly assumes all risks of freediving, scuba diving, and/or spearfishing related in any way to the rental and/or use of this equipment.
