Freedive Practice

We hold freedive practice monthly to practice our skills as certified freedivers! Times and locations are announced through the Newsletter, on Instagram, Facebook, and you can always contact us to find out when you can join the next practice. This is a great opportunity to practice your skills, get feedback on your form, and be a part of the freedive community. Suggested donation for practice is $10.
We follow safety and liability requirements for our sessions. You will need to complete for 2 & 3 of Freediver Forms. We will rotate as safety divers for each other, following the PADI &/or SSI Freedive Program Guidelines throughout practice. Each facility (Dive Utah/Neptune) will have freediving fins in a variety of sizes, masks and snorkels for your use. Feel free to bring your own gear as well. You will be working with a certified freediving instructor and certified buddies throughout these sessions.
